Hug! Hug while you still can!

This article is so retarded but I had to share it with you. Girl, 13, gets detention for hugging two friends . The title pretty much says it all. Can you believe that? I think my favorite part is:

“Displays of affection should not occur on the school campus at any time. It is in poor taste, reflects poor judgment, and brings discredit to the school and to the persons involved.”

Now, I can understand a rule against maybe making out but--friends hugging is in poor taste?! What's with THAT??
