Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

Yesterday, Mom, Dad, Hannah, and I went to see "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" at the theater. It was actually really good. I loved the music! I also thought it was cool how everything was so full of bright color. The movie was more faithful to the book (I know, I read it) but the movie also puts a new twist on Mr. Wonka. When/if you watch it and first meet Mr. Wonka, think of him as a little boy who never grew up and it will make more sense to you that way. Christopher Lee (Saruman from LOTR) was in it playing Willy's father. There was a little bit of gross stuff in the movie that I didn't care for but over all, it was very good. It was very different from the original, just so you know.
Gotta go. Talk more later.
Sincerely,
Cat
