Gone with the Wind/Auntie Mame

Hi! How is everyone? Today I went over to my friend's house and watched the rest of Gone with the Wind for schoolwork because we are learning about the Civil War. I would much rather be learning about the Revolutionary War. Oh, well...

A couple of days ago I watched this older movie called Auntie Mame. I liked it a lot. I've noticed with some older movies (such as Auntie Mame) that you don't really know what the movie is leading up to--what the goal is. The story just goes on and on and on...For instance, Lord of the Rings. You know that the goal is to destroy the One Ring and the movie ends soon after that. Not all movies have a goal as clear as that but most movies now don't leave you thinking, "I guess that's a good place to end it." Maybe it's just me.
I'm glad that you don't have to be a member of Blogger to post a comment. That's one of the downsides of Xanga. Well, I'm going to go now. Bye!

Hey, I know this comment is like, three years late, but I wanted to comment on you first blog post just to say that I commented on your first blog post. Ok, well, I don't really have anything else to say.
