The (Almost) Band

I'm not exactly sure what to write about yet. What's going on with me, anyway? Hmm...
Oh, yes! My singing teacher (Mrs. Margaret), this guy from her church (Donnie), and I are trying to put together a band (that includes Donnie--I think that's how it's spelled--and I). I'm excited about giving the band a name, even though we don't really have a band yet. I'm thinking about Security, Timekeeper, and Orazio (means timekeeper): keepers of the times. I don't know. Donnie suggested Evergreen Jellybean(s) but I hope he's not serious. Anyway...
The songs that we'll be doing are by this band called Barlow Girl. Barlow Girl is a band made up of three sisters. The songs we'll be doing are: Pedestal, You Led Me, Mirror, Superstar, and Clothes (my favorite, I think). I've listened to the songs so much that I don't want to listen to them anymore and Hannah (my sister) won't stop complaining about how often I listen to them. If only she understood why!

Now that sometimes I have to sing with just the guitar that Donnie is playing I lose my spot. I don't know why but I just can't seem to distinguish where I am in the song! I don't know... It's kind of embarrassing.
But I do enjoy this whole idea of this band thing. Instead of just hearing the music--you can feel it. It's such a cool experience. Well, I need to go vacuum the dining room--it's my chore of the day. Hope you all are doing well! Bye!
