I Want to be Different

There are times when people try too hard to be different instead of just being themelves. Being different becomes their identity. They become different just for the sake of being different or weird. If you want to be different just so you can say you're different, you'll become like other "different" people and then you won't be different anymore. That or you'll just lose yourself to being different or special.

I'm not saying wanting to be different is bad. I think it's naturl as a human being to not want to be the same as everyone else. Just don't let that take over your life.

You are "fearfully & wonderfully made". You were born different and as you've grown up, thing have happened that make you unique. You don't have to try to be unique--you already are unique.

This is as much to me as it is to you.

For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made... -Psalm 139:13-14

Agreed, although I'm usually known as the unusual one. Maybe that's because I hang out with too many 'normal' people:)

And, WOW... I LOVE that girls hair in the second picture!!

Luckily for me, I was born so weird that I don't even have to try to be different in order to be different. That's why I like the way I am so much, I don't know any anywhere close to being like me.
