I HAVE PROOF!

Wwhenever I tell people, "You can live up to 120 years," people don't believe me. They ask me, "How do you know that?" I tell them, "It's in the Bible." Then they say it--"Where?" Now, I can tell them--"Genesis 6:3 ; 'Then the Lord said, "My Spirit will not contend with [a] man forever, for he is mortal; his days shall be a hundred and twenty years.' " So, there you go! They might then say something about how later in the Bible it said,

"Your children will be shepherds here for forty years, suffering for your unfaithfulness, until the last of your bodies lies in the desert."

to the people who were twenty years old or older. But God was talking to the Israelites--not the entire world! Joshua lived to be 110 years old--fifty years longer than he should, going by that he should had died at 60. Besides, if God had been talking about everyone than my great-grandparents (both sets) would be dead because they are now in their eighties.

I rest my case.
Sincerely,
Cat

Awesome Catrina! Good job. Also you might notice you never hear of anyone living to be over 120 yrs. old. You hear of many people living well past 70 or 80. If God said you can't live past 70 then how can anyone do that? They can't! Based on this we have a lot to live for by the time we are 70 or 80 yrs. old don't we?
